Zinc Coated Galvanized Steel Highway Guard Rail System - American Project

We supply guardrail barrier for roads in USA, constructed along the road in continuous runs with w beams Class A 12 gauge steel.

Guard railing elements supply of the project:
Beams: 12-l/4n w-beam guardrail Class A 12 gauge
Finish: Zinc coated steel guardrail
Steel posts: W6x8.5 steel posts in 6' length

Assembly:
Entire guardrail is installed on 6' long W6x8.5 steel posts and driven to a minimum depth of 3.6”.
Steel post spaced on 12'-6" centers
6''x8"xl4" plastic block outs are used.
I6-l/4n wide buffer sections are installed where the end of the guardrail is exposed.
Beams are spliced by lapping in the direction of traffic.
The offset of post minimum of 48" from the edge of the asphalt roadway.

Notes:
All furnished material are supplied and the entire installation is in accordance to related American Highway Transportation Department Specs.
If mushrooming on the top of the post occurs, that post shall be removed.
Galvanized material shall be handled in a manner to avoid damage to the surface.
No punching, drilling, cutting or welding will be permitted after galvanizing accept where approved by the contracter.
